nother thing for illustration class
sketchy of my dear sylvari elementalist on gw2, tooth rot
i drew my friend and heavyweight boxing champ+comic book heroine Lee ages ago for christmas
first assignment for my intro to illustration class was to draw my cat Scribbles and my professors dog Maggie doing something together. shes an adventurous, friendly and fluffy darling and Scribbles is constantly terrified and also cleans herself and others constantly.
I started a new blog called ‘I Know It to Be True’ which some or none of you would be interested in.
It’s going to be short, sketchy comics detailing my thoughts about my own death and coping with it. If the comics become popular enough then I will accept others’ thoughts on death and the point of it all.
The blog is from an agnostic view point and will question the concepts of a traditional heaven and hell while trying to accept the looming weight of nonexistence. That being said, I will accept new concepts or ideas about the afterlife, seeing as the options are limitless, and make them into comics with credit to the original person.
This might sound a tad depressing, but none of these comics will be sad. Most will be funny and thoughtful and hopefully give you more reasons to keep on living. This will be coping device for people who often think about death, but not in the way of suicide.
I’m really excited to see where it goes and maybe I will discover new things myself.
This is meant to create an open dialogue about the one thing we all have in common.
We’re all going to die.
dudes! check this out and keep an eye on it. lets not get rid of the skeletons just because halloween is over. death and bones should be a part of our lives 365 days a year! im sure this will turn out to be something really cute and fun.
today we were doing digital art in drawing class and the only prompt was “use layers to draw over a landscape” so naturally i drew this
homework for school, a reinterpretation of a book/story.
i chose lolita since its the only book ive read in the past year.
